Two Ways We Can Help — Which One Do You Need?
LT Property Solution Group offers two distinct services: Lucky Taneja and his dedicated team can build your custom home directly, or — if you’ve already chosen a different builder — we can independently vet, review, and negotiate on your behalf. They’re separate services with separate pricing, and most clients only need one. This page helps you work out which.
Why Families Choose to Build With Us
More Than a Build — A Relationship
When Lucky and his dedicated team build your home, you’re not just getting a construction service — you get more inclusions as standard, direct access to the same team throughout, and a relationship that doesn’t end at handover. We make the whole process easy: one point of contact, no chasing different people for different answers, and the kind of care that makes clients treat us like family long after they’ve moved in. That’s the value that’s hardest to compare on a spec sheet — but it’s the reason most of our clients come from referrals.
A Simple Way to Decide
Choose Custom Home Building if:
- You haven’t signed with a builder yet
- You want one dedicated team accountable from land through to handover
- You value more inclusions, better ongoing customer service, and a relationship that lasts, not just a fixed-price quote
Choose Independent Advisory if:
- You’ve already chosen a builder and want their contract checked before you sign
- You want a shortlist of vetted builders or packages rather than building with us directly
- You just need a floor plan reviewed, a budget mapped, or finance compared — without a full build commitment
FAQ’S
Can I start with advisory and switch to building with you later?
Yes — if a contract review or builder vetting process leads you to decide you’d rather have Lucky and his team build directly, we can transition into a build consultation.
Do the two services ever overlap?
No — if Lucky is building your home, the independent advisory services (which are priced around having zero relationship with your builder) aren’t relevant, since Lucky is the builder in that case.
Is one service cheaper than the other?
They’re not directly comparable — advisory services are priced per review (from $295), while a custom build is quoted as a full fixed-price contract after consultation. Most clients only need one, based on where they are in their build journey.
